Excellent hotel with its clean facilities, 24-hour reception, fitness center, and indoor swimming pool. The staff once helped me find great shopping spots. I'll be back for Christmas!

The location was convenient for our family trip, being close to

attractions and dining options. Overall a decent stay, but lacking some crucial amenities.

I had a lovely stay here with my family, especially enjoying the cozy pool area and the delicious breakfast spread. The hotel had comfortable beds and a spacious lounge, which was perfect for relaxing after our adventures. One small drawback was the minor noise from nearby rooms, but it didn't really take away from our overall experience. 😊

During my stay, the staff provided outstanding service, especially Jason Cordell, who ensured we had delicious coffee and went the extra mile to return my forgotten suit. The convenient location made it easy for us to explore downtown. Tip, Confirm any amenities directly with the hotel!

Ideal for families but overpriced

When we got there, the check-in was smooth and pleasant. The kids loved the nearby attractions, I mean, we walked to a couple of nice restaurants without a hitch.

It wasn't cheap, but the kids had a great time and that made it somewhat acceptable.

We explored the local museums and hit up a couple of great restaurants nearby. The hotel was in a good spot, making it easy to walk around. Also, the beds were super comfy, perfect for resting after our adventures.

However, I was surprised by a $30 parking fee that I wasn't informed about until I got home. It was a bit frustrating not to know that upfront.

Feasted on some killer breakfast at the Bistro—eggs so fluffy, I almost floated away! Nearby, Sahm's Tavern served up a mean burger that had my taste buds doing a happy dance. Also, major kudos for the breakfast staff who were on point with service.

For over $300 a night, I expected more than mildew-scented hallways. The shower situation was abysmal—dripping all night, and parking was $30! Not to mention, the noise from above had me feeling like I was upstairs in a dance-off.

The room was comfy and quiet. Service was disorganized and confusing at check-in.

The Bistro had lovely decor and served delicious breakfasts, making it a cozy spot to start the day. The hotel's accessibility features were thoughtful and made moving around easy, especially for seniors like me.

More seating in the lobby area would be appreciated.

Outstanding Customer Service and Comfortable Stay

I had a wonderful stay with friendly staff catering to my every need. The check-in was swift, and I particularly enjoyed the spacious room equipped with a fridge and microwave, making it convenient for a longer stay. The location was perfect for accessing downtown attractions, but it would be nice if the hotel improved its cleanliness in some areas.

The staff treated us like family! 😊 Always responsive and eager to help. The only downside was the noisy air conditioning in our room, but the comfy beds made up for it.

The hotel has a fantastic location, just a short walk from the Indiana Capitol and Lucas Oil Stadium. The staff provided responsive assistance throughout my stay, particularly during check-in and at the Bistro, where the breakfast menu featured a variety of fresh options. The updated room was well-furnished and comfortable, making it an ideal workspace.

Street noise can be a concern at night.
